Hungry for spaghetti? Try making it without pasta.


Preheat your oven to 375º F. Cut your spaghetti squash in half.

Scoop out the insides and throw them away.

Put both halves in a roaster with 1/2 inch of water. Poke holes with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil and cook for an hour.

Scrape the insides of the squash halves into a bowl with a fork.

Serve with spaghetti sauce, just like the real thing.
